Fahed kabbabji
founded Civiltex Group LLC after more than a decade working in the field and leading projects, not just designing them. His experience spans civil engineering, surveying, construction, and project management, with direct responsibility for decisions that affect cost, schedule, and buildability.
He has led and managed multi million dollar infrastructure and development projects, working hands on with contractors, agencies, and local jurisdictions to take projects from early feasibility through construction. His role is execution identifying risk early, solving problems in real time, and making sure projects get built the right way.

Imad alhoussamy
Imad is a Texas-licensed Professional Engineer with over 30 years of experience in civil and structural engineering, providing senior-level engineering authority on complex infrastructure and development projects.
His experience spans civil site development, drainage and infrastructure systems, and structural engineering design and review, with deep familiarity navigating Texas counties and local jurisdictions. Imad’s role is to ensure engineering decisions are correct, compliant, and defensible from design through construction.
With decades of experience and active Texas licensure, Imad serves as the civil and structural engineering authority behind Civiltex Group LLC’s work
Construction Manager/ Project Execution
Mesut Yenice
Mesut Yenice is a senior construction leader with more than 20 years of experience running large scale construction projects, including residential, commercial, and major infrastructure work. He has been responsible for full project execution on jobs valued in the tens of millions, controlling schedule, cost, manpower, and subcontractors from mobilization through closeout.
He operates directly in the field, managing contractors, enforcing safety and quality standards, resolving constructability issues, and keeping projects moving under real-world constraints. His role is execution ,turning engineering and design intent into work that gets built correctly, on time, and under control.
Mesut brings a civil engineering foundation and decades of hands on construction leadership to Civiltex Group LLC, providing the authority and experience required to deliver complex projects without excuses.
